When I arrived at the Times-Union as an intern on the news copy desk in summer 1994, it was an exciting new era of newspapering: The T-U was "fully paginated." We did our work on clunky Atex computers, but it felt like Tomorrowland. 

It was an exciting summer, for sure: It was there in the T-U newsroom that we all watched the O.J. Simpson Bronco chase.
